I am writing this letter to commend Kraig for his exceptional service on my air conditioning unit this past summer. I had a few other companies out to tell me my unit was outdated and that the parts where no longer available, when he had on hand the part I needed. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and work diligently on the hefty task it turned into be. I have since recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do the same.

As most people know, Arizona summers are extremely unbearable without efficient air conditioning. That being said, it is my humble opinion that as long as Kraig is on the job, no Arizonian will suffer in 120* weather again.
